How much does a new conference room installation cost?

New conference room installations can cost as little as $5,000. There are many factors that come into it such as room size, existing equipment, installation complexity and budget. We'll work with you to determine the most appropriate solution that meets your requirements.

We know we need to improve our meeting room technology but we’re not all that technical. Where do we start?

The best place to start is to have an open conversation with one of our friendly team members. We will take the time to understand your challenges and what you want to achieve, and then arrange a time to visit your office(s) to see the spaces before presenting you with some solutions. This is all at no cost and completely obligation free.

What happens if we work with Merge to upgrade our conference rooms and something goes wrong?

All of our solutions are designed using only commercial-grade high quality hardware and components, and our installation team are all highly trained to deliver quality outcomes. However, sometimes technology does fail and we will always be there to help. All of our work is covered for the first 12 months by a DLP (Defect Liability Period) which means if anything goes wrong in the first year we will resolve this for you at no cost. On top of a DLP we offer support and Managed Services agreements that include things like remote monitoring and proactive maintenance, SLAs and asset management. Ultimately we’re here to help and ensure you get the most out of your investment.
