Inconsistent room standards, unsatisfactory support services, BAU and property project teams engaging different integrators causing inconsistencies, lack of future planning and roadmaps.

Solution
Development of robust room standards and roadmaps. Reprogramming of existing spaces to provide consistent experiences. New support arrangement including two full time onsite resources trained on Ausgrid's environment and technology, engagement with property project teams to deliver future projects in line with established standards.

Results & Impact
Significant improvement to user satisfaction by providing more active and personalised support including event support, and more consistent experiences. Clear roadmaps and lifecycle management enabling accurate budgeting. New property deployments are now delivered in line with standards. More positive outlook generally which is encouraging further technology investment.

How to technically and functionally design for  a highly flexible and dynamic space - be adaptable for large-scale events while still serving the needs of internal staff.

Solution
Customisation was a key part of making this project successful. The space was designed to scale seamlessly - from a 4-person meeting room to a 30-person boardroom, all the way up to events hosting over 100 attendees. Flexibility and functionality were at the heart of every decision.

Results & Impact
Dynamic, flexible, and capable of hosting everything from internal team meetings to large external events, teams can meet in person more effectively and include remote attendees without compromising the experience. It’s helped build a stronger sense of continuity and camaraderie.
