A fitout brief without a technology requirements section is a brief that gets expensive to fix later.

We'll give you the template.

The problem, stated plainly
Most offices get their AV and workplace technology decided in the last six weeks of a fit-out, after the space is designed, after the budget's been carved up, after the contractor's already on site. By then, technology isn't a design choice. It's a retrofit.

The fix isn't complicated: get technology requirements into the brief at the same time as everything else. Before the advocate is appointed. Before the designer starts sketching. Before the budget's locked.
