Merge Technologies Named Partner of the Year with Neat 2026

Merge Technologies named Neat Partner of the Year 2026, building on last year's Highest Growth win, plus Alex Doherty named Neat Champion 2026.

We're proud to share that Merge Technologies has been named Neat Partner of the Year for 2026!

Left to right: Danielle Rudman (Neat), Nate Hettiarachchi, Jason MacBride (Neat), Niko Walraven (Neat), Alex Doherty, Brad Perry, Grace Tran, Lee Briggs, Kat Sta Ana, James Button, Ben Sly

The award recognises the partner who's driven the strongest results across sales growth, technical excellence, and customer outcomes with Neat's device range over the past year. For a team that's been deploying Neat solutions into workplaces across Australia for many years, it's a recognition worth marking.

Neat's approach to meeting room hardware, clean, minimal, built around the way people actually use video conferencing spaces - lines up closely with how we think about workplace tech more broadly. Good AV should disappear into the background. The award reflects a year of getting that right, project after project, room after room.

It also builds on where we left off. Last year we were named Neat's Highest Growth Partner for 2025, recognition for the pace at which the partnership was scaling. Moving from highest growth to Partner of the Year in the space of twelve months says something about the team behind both results: growth that holds up, and turns into a stronger partnership rather than a one-off spike.

Special mention: Alex Doherty named Neat Champion 2026

Alongside our Partner of the Year award, Alex Doherty was individually recognised as a Neat Champion for 2026. A title given to standout individuals who go beyond day-to-day delivery to actively champion the Neat platform, whether through technical depth, customer advocacy, or helping the wider team get the most out of the product.

It's a fitting recognition. Congratulations Alex, and thanks for raising the bar for the rest of the team.

What's next

Recognition like this doesn't change what we do day to day, it's a marker that the approach is working. We'll keep building meeting rooms and workplace experiences around the tools that make the most sense for our clients, Neat included.
