The way organisations use meeting spaces continues to evolve. From everyday hybrid meetings to executive boardrooms and large, multi-purpose collaboration spaces, businesses need workplace technology that delivers consistent experiences without adding unnecessary complexity.
Logitech’s latest enterprise launch introduces a new generation of workplace collaboration technology, led by the Rally Bar 2, Rally System 2 Pro and its new Sound Shape audio technology.
The common theme? Better meeting experiences, more flexible room design and technology built to support the changing needs of modern workplaces.
We see these developments as an opportunity to rethink how meeting spaces are designed, deployed and managed, with the focus firmly on outcomes, not just equipment.
Rally Bar 2: The next chapter in video collaboration
Building on the success of the original Rally Bar, Logitech Rally Bar 2 brings upgraded processing power, enhanced imaging capabilities and next-generation audio processing to medium and large meeting rooms.
Designed for the AI era, it combines improved hardware performance with intelligent features to help meeting participants be seen and heard more clearly.
For organisations managing multiple meeting rooms, the benefits extend beyond the meeting itself. Easier deployment, device management and a platform designed to evolve over time can help IT teams maintain a more consistent experience across their workplace.
The outcome: Meeting rooms that are easier to deploy, simpler to manage and better equipped for the future of hybrid collaboration.

Rally System 2 Pro: More flexibility for complex spaces
Not every meeting room can be solved with an all-in-one video bar.
Large boardrooms, training facilities and divisible spaces often require a more flexible approach, bringing together multiple cameras, displays, microphones, speakers and processing components.
Logitech Rally System 2 Pro addresses these environments with a modular conferencing architecture designed to support more complex room configurations.
Its portfolio includes components such as Room Mate 2 Pro, Rally AI Camera Pro and the Rally Speaker 2 range, connected through Logitech Link technology.
For organisations with varied room types, this modular approach offers another way to create a consistent collaboration experience while accommodating the different requirements of each space.
The outcome: More flexibility to design meeting environments around the room, the people using it and the way they collaborate.
Sound Shape: Rethinking audio in large meeting rooms
One of the standout announcements from the launch is Logitech’s new Sound Shape audio technology.
Audio can be one of the most challenging parts of designing a large meeting space. Traditional speaker systems can require extensive cabling, ceiling installations and careful acoustic tuning. Sound can also reflect off walls, glass and other surfaces, contributing to uneven volume and reduced speech clarity.
Sound Shape takes a different approach.
Rather than simply projecting sound throughout a room, the technology uses multiple small speaker drivers working together to direct sound towards intended listening areas while reducing it in unwanted directions.
The result is designed to deliver more consistent audio coverage from the front of the room to the back, helping participants hear conversations without relying on increasingly complex ceiling speaker arrangements.
The technology will feature in two new products: 1) Rally Speaker 2 Pro and, 2) Rally Speaker 2 Max.

Both products are designed to bring clear, consistent audio to demanding environments such as executive boardrooms, training facilities and large collaboration spaces.
Sound Shape also points towards new possibilities for flexible and divisible rooms, where audio coverage needs to adapt to different configurations.
The outcome: A potential new approach to designing large-room audio, with more consistent listening experiences and a simpler alternative to some traditional distributed speaker installations.
The Rally Speaker 2 Pro and Rally Speaker 2 Max are planned for availability in mid-2027.

What does this mean for your workplace?
The significance of Logitech’s latest launch isn't simply the arrival of new hardware. It's the opportunity to better match workplace technology to the needs of the people using it.
For some organisations, that could mean upgrading aging meeting spaces to improve the hybrid meeting experience. For others, it could mean standardising technology across multiple locations or rethinking the audio design of a large boardroom.
The right solution will depend on the space, the existing infrastructure, the collaboration platform and the outcomes the organisation wants to achieve.
As workplace technology becomes more intelligent and flexible, planning the complete room experience becomes increasingly important. Cameras, microphones, speakers, displays, room controls and ongoing management all need to work together.
That’s where the right technology strategy makes a difference.
